Secure Your Date, Theme and Overview.
12-24 months before
Now you’ve secured your wedding date and venue it’s time to book your suppliers! At this stage you don’t need to know the finer details of how your day will look, planning can change a great deal from start to finish so it is best to see how everything has come together towards the end before firming up design ideas. You can secure your date with a £100 booking fee, head to our contact form to check availability.
Tasters
4-6 months before
Sample boxes are made available at various dates through out the year, I will usually reach out to couples around 4 - 6 months before their wedding date to confirm if they would like to purchase one. Sample boxes cost £20 plus postage if required or they can be collected for you sample at home at your leisure.
Sample boxes contain 8 of our most popular flavours (see flavour menu). While all boxes are the same you can choose to have flavours not included in the boxes on your wedding day but unfortunately I cannot cater for every flavour combination in samples.
Not all couples choose to have a sample box for various reasons and that is absolutely fine, I can guide you on the best flavours to compliment your meal & any other food choices you have made for your day.
(Due to booking out so far in advance our sample boxes are only available for those couples who have already secured their date at the moment)
Your Bespoke Consultation
1 - 2 months before
We will take time to step through your plans for your big day. We will discuss your theme ideas, your vision and all of your plans. If you like, I will make suggestions also!
By the end of your consultation call, we will both have a very clear idea of your day overall. (Don’t worry, we’ve done this - thousands of times before, we’re here for you 😊)
At this stage, you will have explored our range of samples and narrowed down your preferred options. You will have finalised your flavours and hopefully now you will be ready to select your final design - how exciting!!!
It’s Your Wedding Day!
I will be there on site early on the day to make sure everything is delivered, set up and taken care of - to your exact specifications of course.
Including all favours and other add-ons that you have carefully selected to enhance your day, leaving you and your partner to relax and enjoy the biggest day of your life!
